Movies To Watch On Satellite TV.

Instead of spending hundreds of dollars every month going to the movies and to the DVD rental store, you can save time and money by watching movies on the satellite TV movie channels. There are hundreds of movies to choose from including new releases, movies that have won Oscars, movies that are classics and random movies that you have never even heard of that you could watch and fall in love with.

Some of the new movies that you can find on satellite TV include I Love You, Man and Inglorious Bastards. I Love You, Man is a comedy starting Paul Rudd and Jason Segel. Paul Rudd plays a character who is getting married soon and very in love with his wife. But she and her friends realize that he doesn't have any male friends, or any friends at all really, so she and her friends are on a mission to get him some guy friends in his life. She introduces him to Jason Segel's character, who is the ultimate guy's gay. Segel takes Rudd in as a friend, but also realizes that he is kind of a push over and needs someone to help him stand up for himself at his job. The movie is about Rudd and Segel's friendship, as well as the dynamic between Rudd and his wife. It is a humorous comedy that's good to turn on after a long day at work when you don't want to have to think too much and want to laugh.

The film Inglorious Bastards is about a group of American soldiers who are stationed in France during the time of the Nazi occupation during World War Two. The group of soldiers are pretty rough and tumble and they are lead by a commander played by Brad Pitt. Their trademark when they catch a Nazi soldier is to carve a swastika on their forehead or to remove their scalp. Since the film is directed by Quitin Tarrentino these scenes, as well as many of the other scenes in the movie are very graphic and no detail is spaced. In fact, the blood and gore is so over the top that its supposed to be humorous. For instance, there is a scene where they kill Hitler with a machine gun and they show one of the American soldiers for a good several seconds pumping him full of bullets. Anyway, the movie received a lot of great reviews and one of the Nazi soldiers received best supporting actor for his role in the movie. Its worth seeing just for its interesting storyline and great acting, as well as for Tarrentino's interesting way of directing a film.

There are many more movies to choose from on satellite TV that I Love You, Man and Inglorious Bastards, but mentioning these two in particular helps to show the wide variety of movies that you can choose from when you have a satellite subscription. And, not only will you save money, but you will save time as well.
